A new nonprofit dedicated to promoting creativity and supporting local artists will host its first public event during the Fairfield Fall Fun Fest.
The Wayne County Arts Alliance will present Art After Dark on Thursday, September 18th from 6 to 9 p.m. at RJ on Main, 200 E. Main Street in Fairfield. Admission is free.
The evening will feature original artwork by area artisans available for purchase, live acoustic music, and complimentary light refreshments. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the artists and learn more about their work. Donations will be accepted to support the Alliance as it launches future community art projects, events, and opportunities for local creators.
Organizers encourage art enthusiasts, casual browsers, and festivalgoers alike to stop in and enjoy the creative atmosphere.
