The Board of Trustees of the Illinois Eastern Community College District met Tuesday night at Wabash Valley College in Mt. Carmel.
During the session, the Board approved several affiliation agreements, including partnerships with Stone Bridge Memory Care, Stone Bridge Senior Living, Ferrell Hospital, The Carle Foundation, WLC Management, and Axiom Healthcare of Flora.
Trustees also approved bid committee recommendations, awarding Bevis Construction, Inc. a total of $5,651,000 for the capital investment project of the Athletic Facility at Frontier Community College.
In other business, previously approved pay increases for full-time non-bargaining unit employees were reviewed and accepted for the 2025–2026 fiscal year.
The Board ratified two resignations: Annie Lankford, TRIO SSS Academic Advisor at Frontier College effective August 7th and Wade Baker, Music Instructor at Olney Central effective August 8th.
The next regular meeting of the IECC Board of Trustees is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, at Frontier Community College.
