The 2025 McLeansboro Fall Festival will take place Thursday, September 4 through Saturday, September 6 in downtown McLeansboro.
Festival organizers, the McLeansboro Kiwanis Club announced that ride tickets go on sale beginning tomorrow (Thursday) at McLeansboro’s Banterra Bank and Peoples National Bank locations. Tickets will also be available at the Kiwanis Lemon Shakeup Stand on the east side of the square from 4:00–7:00 p.m.
This year brings a change in carnival providers after the festival’s long-time amusement company closed. The Kiwanis Club has hired Egyptian Exhibitions of Marion to provide rides. A total of 8,000 advance tickets will be sold for $3.00 each while supplies last. During the event, tickets will cost $4.00 each, and every ride will require just one ticket. Organizers note that tickets from prior years will not be honored.
The Kiwanis Lemon Shakeup Stand will also be open every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00–7:00 p.m. to sell 50/50 raffle tickets, with a guaranteed pot of at least $500.00. Proceeds from the Kiwanis share will support the group’s playground equipment project.
