The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reports two arrests Thursday on outstanding warrants.
Deputies arrested 47-year-old Terry A. Hixenbaugh of Mt. Vernon on a Wayne County warrant for Failure to Appear. The warrant stems from multiple charges, including Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Violation of an Order of Protection. Hixenbaugh is being held in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
Also arrested was 51-year-old Nicola Laura Mulzer of Fairfield. Mulzer was taken into custody on a Jefferson County, Missouri warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was booked into the Wayne County Jail on the out-of-state warrant.
