Geff Frontier Days is set to return on Saturday, September 6th, featuring a wide array of family-friendly activities. The event will include children’s games, a parade around the square, and the traditional ham-and-beans feed at the Geff Ruritan building.
The day kicks off with a car and truck show and an antique tractor show starting at 8:30 a.m. Children can enjoy frog and turtle races, a Diaper Derby, and a sawdust pile event. The big parade will march around the square at 2 p.m., with Elmo Manahan honored as this year’s Parade Marshal.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of food options and participate in a 50/50 drawing at 5 p.m. The event will also host the Miss Geff Frontier Days Pageant, where a new Little Miss Frontier will be crowned.
Around 30 vendors will offer a range of items, and a dunking booth with numerous local residents signed up to be in the booth. DJ Bill Garrett will provide music throughout the day.
