Several cases were heard Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court.
David B.D. Vaughn, 48, of Xenia, pled guilty to Reckless Conduct. He was placed on one year of court supervision, ordered to pay court costs, and given credit for one day previously served in the Wayne County Jail.
Jerry Beeson, 61, of Fairfield, pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. He was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
Terry A. Hixenbaugh, 47, of Fairfield, admitted to violating a prior probation order from April on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was re-sentenced to a new two-year term of probation, with a stayed sentence of 180 days in the Wayne County Jail that will be imposed if he violates probation again. He was also ordered to pay court costs.
Jessica Loyd, 23, of Fairfield, pled guilty to Theft. She was sentenced to two years of probation, 90 days in the Wayne County Jail (stayed), that will be imposed if she violates probation again plus ordered to pay court costs, and given credit for one day served.
