Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies made three arrests on Tuesday.
On Tuesday afternoon, deputies arrested 32-year-old Dusty James “DJ” Vaughan of Fairfield for Violation of an Order of Protection. Vaughan had also been arrested just Sunday on a charge of Domestic Battery, but appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday morning and was released. Now, Vaughan remains in the Wayne County Jail pending another court appearance.
Deputies also arrested 32-year-old Cody J. Yard of West Frankfort on a Wayne County warrant for Failure to Appear on two counts of Aggravated Home Repair Fraud. Yard is being held in the Wayne County Jail awaiting a court date.
In a separate case, 25-year-old Jonathan C. Wallace of St. Joseph, Illinois, was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail, then released with a court date for his first appearance in Wayne County Circuit Court.
