Two individuals were sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday by Judge, Matt Vaughn.
Eric B. Shiever, a 28-year-old resident of Enfield, pled guilty to charges of Theft. The court placed him under 18 months of Court Supervision. In addition to covering court costs, Shiever has been ordered to pay $445 in restitution to Walmart in Fairfield. He was granted credit for six days already served in the Wayne County Jail.
65-year-old Fred A. Smith from Fairfield, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He received a sentence of one year of Court Supervision and must also pay court costs. Smith was credited with three days of time served in the Wayne County Jail.
