>>49ers’ Bosa Has Torn ACL, Will Miss Rest Of Season
(Santa Clara, CA) — 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan says star defensive end Nick Bosa will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL. Bosa suffered the injury to his right knee in Sunday’s 16-15 win over the Arizona Cardinals. It’s his second season-ending ACL injury — the first coming against the New York Jets in Week Two of the 2020 season. Through the first two weeks of this season, Bosa had two sacks, eight pressures, and 15 tackles.
>>Chargers RB Harris Out For Season With Torn Achilles
(Costa Mesa, CA) — The Chargers will not have one of their major offseason additions for the remainder of the season. Los Angeles coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed that running back Najee Harris suffered a season-ending Achilles tear in the team’s win over the Denver Broncos in Week Three. Harris fell to the ground just after the ball was snapped during a play in the second quarter of Sunday’s game. The 27-year-old had never missed a game in his NFL career prior to this season and rushed for at least 1,000 yards in each of his first four years in the league. Harris finishes the 2025 season with 61 rushing yards to go along with three catches for 25 yards.
>>Cowboys’ Jones: Lamb, Booker May Be Placed On IR
(Frisco, TX) — The Cowboys are going to be without two more offensive starters for the foreseeable future. Dallas owner and general manager Jerry Jones said that Pro Bowl wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and rookie right guard Tyler Booker are both set to miss multiple games and may be placed on injured reserve due to high ankle sprains. ESPN is reporting that Lamb could miss three-to-four weeks, while Booker is looking at a four-to-six week absence. Both players would miss at least the next four games if they are placed on IR. The Cowboys are already without starting center Cooper Beebe, who was placed on IR after breaking a bone in his right foot in Week Two.
>>Report: Giants RB Tracy Jr. To Miss Some Time
(East Rutherford, NJ) — The Giants are going to be without a member of their backfield for some time. According to ESPN, running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. suffered a dislocated right shoulder during Sunday night’s loss to the Chiefs. Rookie running back Cam Skattebo is expected to handle the majority of the workload in Tracy’s absence. New York is 0-and-3 and will host the Chargers in Week Four.

>>Falcons Fire Receivers Coach Ike Hilliard
(Atlanta, GA) — The Falcons are moving on from an assistant. The team fired Ike Hilliard on Monday. The wide receivers coach was in his second year with Atlanta after serving in the same role with the Steelers, Commanders and Bills. (Undated) — The Rockets are unlikely to have their star point guard on the court at any point during the upcoming season. ESPN is reporting that Fred VanVleet has suffered a torn ACL and could miss the entirety of the 2025-26 campaign. The 31-year-old sustained the serious injury during a recent offseason workout. The one-time All-Star and one-time NBA champion averaged 14.1 points through 60 games played last season. He signed a two-year, 50-million-dollar extension with the team in June. The deal includes a player option in 2026-27.
