FCHS NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY HOLDS INDUCTION CEREMONY WEDNESDAY NIGHT

The Fairfield Community High School chapter of the National Honor Society held their Induction Ceremony on Wednesday night where National Honor Society Sponsor Kristi Anderson named 20 junior and senior students as new inductees, joining 13 returning members. Four new officers for the 2025-2026 school year were also named: Grady Simpson-President, Eden Duckworth-Vice President, Anne Kelly-Secretary, and Macy McConnaughhay-Treasurer.

The induction is held to honor those Juniors and Seniors who have maintained excellence during their enrollment at FCHS. To be eligible for membership in the National Honor Society, a Junior must have a 3.75 cumulative GPA at the end of their sophomore year. Seniors are eligible after their Junior year if they have earned a GPA of 3.75. Furthermore, members must display the values of leadership, service, and character.
