Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer service within and outside of the Hospital.
Kaitlyn Bejda R.T. (R) who works in the Diagnostic Imaging Department, was selected as the September 2025 Employee of the Month. Kaitlyn has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since July of 2023. Kaitlyn has consistently gone above and beyond for her department and in other areas of FMH.
“Kaitie (Kaitlyn) Bejda R.T. (R) is an exceptional employee. Kaitie started at FMH as a new graduate. Kaitie does not hesitate when asked if she can help cover a shift, help others in the department, and assist with different tasks. Kaitie most recently started helping with the CT Low dose process and works on this project daily to ensure patients are contacted and follow up in each stage of the process. Kaitie has many talents that she contributes to the hospital and community which include not only taking X-rays but also pictures seen in the community which include her talents in music and art.
