Enfield’S 104th Annual Mule Days celebration, “The Greatest Show on Earth,” begins tonight (Thursday) through Sunday . The four-day event will feature contests, parades, live entertainment, and family fun.
Festivities kick off tonight with kids’ games at 5 p.m., followed by the Baby Contest, Mr. & Miss Tot Contest, and Prince & Princess Contests beginning at 6:30 p.m. Bingo will round out the evening at 8 p.m.
Tomorrow, live entertainment by Rusted Spirit will take the stage from 5:30–6:15 p.m., leading into the Prince Contest at 6:30 p.m. The evening will continue with the Mule Day Queen, Princess, and Jr. Miss Contests, with post-event entertainment from Cartunes.
Saturday, October 4th begins early with the Mule Days 5K Race at 8 a.m., followed by the Pet Parade at 10 a.m. The highlight of the weekend, the Mule Days Parade, steps off at 1:30 p.m. Afternoon activities include Bingo at 3:30 p.m. and live music from Saint City Rebels from 4–8 p.m.
The celebration concludes Sunday, October 5th with the carnival and food booths open from 12–5 p.m. and a gospel sing by The McDaniel Family at 1:30 p.m.
