​MCLEANSBORO ANNOUNCES DATES FOR CITYWIDE CLEAN-UP IN OCTOBER

The City of McLeansboro is preparing for its annual Citywide Clean-up, offering residents an opportunity to dispose of unwanted items.
Residents may bring their items to the light plant at 312 West Market Place from Wednesday, October 8 through Friday, October 10th between 7:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The service will also be available on Saturday, October 11th from 7:45 a.m. to noon.
Certain items will not be accepted, including tires, batteries, air conditioners, furnaces, computers, TVs, and any liquid or yard waste. Doors on white goods must be securely fastened or removed before drop-off.
This service is available exclusively for McLeansboro city residents, and proof of residency may be required. Residents are reminded that no after-hours dumping will be permitted.
