Wayne County Sheriff, Chris Otey says Deputy Josh Manahan has been promoted to the rank of Corporal. The promotion follows Manahan’s successful completion of departmental testing.
Manahan joined the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department in January 2022, after serving more than seven years as a patrolman with the Fairfield City Police Department.
