The New Hope CCSD #6 School Board is set to hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 20th at 7:00 p.m. According to the agenda, board members will begin with a call to order and roll call, followed by the approval of minutes from the September 16th meeting and this month’s bills.
The meeting will include opportunities for visitor comments and reports from both the board president and superintendent. Superintendent updates are expected to cover the Lady Panthers softball team’s state championship, quarterly revenue and expenditure reports, and details about the upcoming annual school conference scheduled for November along with Enrichment and Beginning Band.
In new business, the board will consider accepting the annual financial report presented by Kemper CPA Group, consider updating Risk Management Plan and approve a pay increase with retroactive pay for Diana Romero.
An executive session is planned for discussion of student discipline and personnel matters, with regular session to resume before adjournment.
