Two individuals were arrested by local authorities Thursday afternoon on separate incidents.
24-year-old, James A. Bailey was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. He was lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
Antonio Demetris Gill, 48, was arrested on two counts of retail theft. Gill was also booked into the Wayne County Jail, where he remains awaiting a court appearance.
