WAYNE COUNTY COURT HANDS DOWN SENTENCES IN RECENT CASES

The Wayne County Circuit Court issued sentences in several cases on Tuesday, according to court records.

Rebecca Pinder, 42, of Bt. Prairie, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. She was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.

James A. Bailey, 24, of Noble, pled guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to two years probation, ordered to pay court costs, and received credit for three days already served in the Wayne County Jail.

Jeremy Beck, 49, of Cisne, pled guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine in connection with an original charge dating back to December 2024. Beck was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and ordered to pay court costs.
