Funding is flexible, allowing for reimbursements, advance payments, working capital advances, and coverage of pre-award expenses dating back to July 1st.
The program is open to municipal, county, park district, public university, and all local government police agencies in Illinois. The application deadline is Wednesday, December 31st, at 5 p.m.
