The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced plans to reopen 2,100 Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices nationwide effective today (Thursday). The move comes as the agency works to resume critical services for farmers and ranchers, and to release more than $3 billion in previously delayed farm payments.
