Thursday night the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old David Diamond of Spicewood, Texas, on a Wayne County warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence. Diamond was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
Also Thursday night, deputies arrested Venistowel Amankwah, 31, of Wadsworth, Illinois. Amankwah was taken into custody on a Lake County, Illinois warrant for violation of an order of protection and transported to the Wayne County Jail pending court appearance proceedings.
