Fairfield Memorial Hospital has announced Mary L. McCulley, RN, BSN, as its new Director of Clinical Services. With over 22 years of experience at the hospital, McCulley will oversee clinical operations, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care and process improvement.
In her new leadership role, McCulley will support staff, department managers, and providers to ensure excellence across all levels of care. She will also participate in administration on-call duties and help strengthen community health partnerships.
McCulley began her career at Fairfield Memorial Hospital in 2003, holding various positions including Med/Surg/ICU Manager and House Supervisor. She holds a BSN from Western Governors University.
Expressing excitement for her new role, McCulley said she is dedicated to spreading positivity, improving communication, and supporting the hospital’s mission for years to come. Hospital officials look forward to her continued impact on quality care and organizational growth.
