WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT NEWS – TUESDAY

Three area residents pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday.

Jana L. Musgrave, 47, also known as Jana L. Carter, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Musgrave was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs. She received credit for three days served in the Wayne County Jail. As part of a plea agreement, two counts and one case were dismissed.

Jonathan Wallace, 29, of Wayne City, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property. Wallace was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge, ordered to pay court costs, make restitution to the female victim in the case, and have no contact with the victim. He received credit for one day served in the Wayne County Jail.

Jace Waldrop, 27, of Mill Shoals, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to a residence. Waldrop was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs, stay away from the victim and property, and make restitution of $200 to the victim. He was credited with one day served in the Wayne County Jail. Under the plea agreement, one count and one case were dismissed.
