The Xenia Fire Department is inviting families to join in the Halloween fun with a Trunk or Treat and Movie Night Friday at 108 Church Street in Xenia.
The Trunk or Treat event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m., featuring decorated vehicles, candy, food, music, and a costume contest. Participants are encouraged to decorate their trunks and hand out candy, with a special prize awarded for the best decorated trunk. Guests can enjoy hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks provided by the fire department. Anyone interested in setting up a trunk or table is welcome to participate.
Following the Trunk or Treat, the celebration continues with a Halloween Movie Night, featuring the movie, Hotel Transylvania beginning at 7 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs for comfortable seating during the movie.
