Donald A. Webb, 78, of Fairfield passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in Wilmington, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on Friday, November 28th, at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home. There will be no formal burial at this time. Memorial donations can be made to Lower Cape Fear Life Care and will be accepted at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
