Gloria Bare, RN, of the Emergency Department, has been selected as Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s November 2025 Employee of the Month. Gloria began her career at FMH in Admitting on August 18, 2017, before transitioning to the Emergency Department as an LPN Tech on October 21, 2019. She continued to advance her clinical skills and professional growth, becoming an ER Registered Nurse on July 15, 2020. Gloria truly embodies our hospital’s mission through her commitment to excellence, patient safety, and teamwork.

She began her career here before entering nursing school, continued working throughout her education, and has grown into an exceptional ER nurse and emerging leader.
