The St. Louis Blues surrendered a pair of third period goals during a 4-1 loss to the Anaheim Ducks. The Blues trailed by just one entering the period before Anaheim pulled away. Jordan Kyrou scored St. Louis’ only goal. The Blues are in seventh place in the Central Division with 25 points. They visit the Bruins on Thursday night. In other team news, Jimmy Snuggerud will miss at least six weeks with a wrist injury.

(Foxborough, MA) — Drake Maye and New England Patriots recorded their 10th straight win with a 33-15 takedown of the New York Giants on Monday Night Football at Gillette Stadium. (Allen Park, MI) — The Lions have received a blow to their secondary following their Thanksgiving Day game. Detroit is placing cornerback Terrion Arnold on injured reserve because of a shoulder injury that he sustained in the loss to the Green Bay Packers last Thursday. The second-year defensive back will now be sidelined for at least four games. The 22-year-old has totaled 31 tackles, eight passes defended and an interception in eight games played this season.

(Green Bay, WI) — The Packers will be without a member of their front seven for the rest of the season. Green Bay defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt is set to miss the remainder of the season following the left ankle injury he suffered during the team’s win over the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. Wyatt was selected in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft and is under contract through next season after having his fifth-year option picked up on his rookie deal. The 27-year-old finishes his 2025 campaign with 27 total tackles and four sacks in 10 games played.

According to the Moorestown Police Department, Kevin Patullo’s New Jersey home was vandalized with eggs early Saturday morning. (Provo, UT) — The BYU football team could lose its coach. Multiple sources are reporting that Kalani Sitake is being pursued by Penn State to become its next coach. The Nittany Lions fired James Franklin earlier this season. Sitake played for the Cougars in college and has coached the team since 2016. BYU is 83-and-44 during Sitake’s tenure. The number 11 Cougars will face number five Texas Tech in the Big 12 championship game on Saturday.

Chesney is set to sign a five-year deal with UCLA that will be finalized following James Madison’s appearance in the Sun Belt championship game. The 48-year-old will continue to coach the Dukes if they win the conference title and are selected to play in the College Football Playoff. Chesney has led JMU to a 20-and-5 record over two seasons.
