The former pastor of a Harrisburg church has stepped down and is facing legal proceedings and serious allegations.
Media reports say Danny Varnadore had served as pastor of the Lighthouse Apostolic Faith Church in Harrisburg, and has stepped down from his position. He’s set to appear in Moultrie County Court next week for a preliminary hearing Monday on two counts of criminal sexual assault.
He was arrested last month by Eldorado police on a warrant issued out of Moultrie County, Illinois.
