Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer service within and outside of the Hospital.
Kelly Baldwin, Certified Nursing Assistant, of the Med/Surg Unit, has been selected as Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s December 2025 Employee of the Month. Kelly began her career at FMH in July of 2022. Kelly’s commitment, kindness, and positive spirit shine through in everything she does. Her hard work never goes unnoticed by those around her.
