A popular dairy-free frozen dessert is being recalled amid concerns that it may contain “small stones and other hard objects.” Danone U.S. has issued a recall for select pints of its “So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster,” which were sold at retail stores nationwide. The company warns that small stones or hard objects may be present “within the cashew inclusions” affecting products with best-by dates before August 8, 2027, SKU #136603, and UPC #744473476138, with consumers advised to return or discard them.
According to a notice from the FDA, Danone U.S. “is working swiftly” to remove the affected products from store shelves. No other So Delicious Dairy Free flavors or products are impacted by this recall.
Consumers who purchased the affected product are urged not to eat it. For more information on refunds, customers can contact the So Delicious Dairy Free Care Line.
