Fairfield City Fire Department, Wayne County Ambulance and Fairfield Police responded to a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon just before 2 o’clock in the Walmart parking lot.
Emergency crews were dispatched after reports of possible injuries and airbag deployment. One vehicle was occupied by a driver and five children, while an elderly driver was in the second vehicle.
Fairfield Fire Chief Andrew Miller said that upon arrival, no injuries were found. All occupants in both vehicles refused medical treatment at the scene.
Fairfield Police handled the crash investigation.
