The Albion Area Chamber of Commerce is set to host its Annual Awards Banquet on Friday, January 23rd at the Country Financial Hall on the Edwards County Fairgrounds. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the event celebrating local achievements and recognizing outstanding contributions to the community.
This year’s banquet will shine a spotlight on “Women in Business,” encouraging the public to nominate women who have made a significant impact in the business world. Nominations should include the business name and a brief reason for the nomination. Also, other awards will be presented in the following categories: Business of the Year, Non Profit of the Year, Person of the Year, Community Impact, Social Media Star and Best Home-Based Business.
