Tyrel Linder of Grayville has been sentenced to five years in prison following a plea agreement in White County Circuit Court on Monday. Linder faced charges stemming from late 2025, including Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and six counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.
According to officials, the maximum sentence for a class 4 felony related to the animal cruelty charges is three years. The case had been set for a jury trial later this month before the plea agreement was reached.
