COFFEE SOCIAL EVENT TO ADDRESS CAREGIVER BURNOUT IN GRAYVILLE

Caregivers in the Grayville community will have an opportunity to connect and unwind at a special Coffee Social and Caregiver Talk on Tuesday, January 20th. The event, organized by the Southeastern IL Agency on Aging, will be held at Groff Memorial Public Library from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.

Attendees are invited to enjoy cappuccino, hot chocolate, and muffins while participating in a supportive discussion focused on caregiver burnout and strategies to cope. The event aims to provide valuable resources and a sense of camaraderie for those who dedicate their time to caring for others.

The Groff Memorial Public Library is located at 118 S. Middle St.in Grayville. The event is open to all caregivers in the community, and no RSVP is required.
