35-year-old Courtney J. Flexter of Clay City was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. Flexter was taken into custody on a Wayne County Failure to Appear warrant on a charge of Obstructing a Peace Officer.
She is currently lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
