Recent data from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers shows a sharp decline in U.S. sales of agricultural machinery. In December, total tractor sales dropped 14.8%, while combine sales fell by 4.3% compared to last year. For all of 2025, overall tractor sales were down 9.9% and combine sales plunged 35.6% compared to 2024.
AEM officials say December’s numbers highlight the ongoing economic pressures facing farmers across the country. For more information, you can visit the aem.org website.
