The Hamilton Memorial Foundation has announced the 2026 Careers in Healthcare Scholarship Program, aimed at supporting local students interested in healthcare education and careers.
Scholarships are open to graduating seniors from Hamilton County Senior High School, NCOE High School, and Carmi-White County High School. Homeschooled students planning to pursue further education in a healthcare-related field are also eligible.
The Foundation is also offering the Continuing Education in Healthcare Scholarship. This award is specifically for past recipients of the Careers in Healthcare Scholarship, providing additional support as they continue their education and advance in the healthcare profession.
Through these scholarships, the Hamilton Memorial Foundation is investing in the future of healthcare by supporting students dedicated to serving their communities and strengthening the rural healthcare workforce.
For more information, students are encouraged to contact their school guidance counselor or reach out to Lindsay Hansen, Foundation Director, at lhansen@hmhospital.org or 618-643-5863. Applications are available online at hmhospital.org/foundation.
