Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky say the region should have another cold weekend, with high temperatures not expected to get above freezing.

Mainly dry conditions are also expected, although there is a chance of some snow showers developing Tuesday.  Forecasters aren’t yet sure if it will have any major impacts in the area.  Temperatures are expected to warm a little bit, with the temperature getting above freezing Monday for the first time in several days.

Looking further ahead, the six to ten and 8 to 14 day outlooks both favor temperatures a little below normal, with below normal precipitation in the six to ten day outlook, and near normal in the 8 to 14 day outlook.  The three to four week outlook, released Friday for mid-February, says temperatures are favored to average below normal, with near to a little above precipitation expected.
