AREA SPORTS RESULTS FROM FRIDAY:
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASKETBALL:
On Friday night, the Fairfield Mules Basketball team was on the road for a conference matchup with the Eldorado Eagles. The Mules Fresh/Soph team started the night off falling to Eldorado 43-31. In the JV matchup, Fairfield outpaced Eldorado 42-24 with 12 points from Harv Keyser. In the Varsity game, the Mules dominated the Eagles in a 62-33 victory highlighted by the 3rd Quarter where Fairfield outscored Eldorado 24-7. The Mules were led in scoring by Jake Easton with 19 points and Owen Gruen with 15. Fairfield moves to 15-9 on the season and 6-0 in the Black Diamond Conference and will be back in action Tuesday on the road at Hamilton County.
