Area families will have the opportunity to access free orthopedic assessments for children thanks to a cooperative effort by the Flora Elks Lodge 1659 and Olney Elks Lodge 926, in partnership with the Illinois Elks Children’s Care Corporation.
The organizations will sponsor a free children’s orthopedic assessment clinic on Wednesday at the Clay County Flora Medical Clinic, located at 929 Stacey Burk Drive in Flora. The clinic, led by Dr. Julko Fullop, will begin at 11:30 a.m. and is available by appointment only.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Illinois Elks Children’s Care office at 1-800-272-0074 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are no charges for any services provided at the clinic, and no medical referral is necessary.
The event is part of the Elks’ ongoing commitment to supporting children’s health and ensuring access to specialized care for families in the region. Organizers encourage parents and guardians to call early to secure an appointment for their child.
