
Youth ages 8–18 from Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, and Wayne counties are invited to showcase their kitchen know-how at the upcoming Kitchen Skillathon. This fun and educational competition will test participants’ knowledge of cooking tools, meat cuts, general cooking skills, and more. The event will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (registration begins at 9:30 a.m.) at Country Financial Hall, 90 W. Pine St., Albion, IL 62806.
Prizes will be awarded to the top five participants in two age divisions:
Junior Division: Ages 8–13
Senior Division: Ages 14–18
Participation is open to all youth in the eligible counties—membership in 4-H is not required.
