Debbie Vaughn, Unit Secretary, has been selected as Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s February 2026 Employee of the Month. Since joining FMH in December of 2024, Debbie has made a lasting impression on the SCU team through her positivity, dedication, and willingness to serve others.
Debbie is often one of the first to offer assistance, always stepping in wherever she is needed. She graciously supports residents, families, and staff—answering questions, providing guidance, and helping ensure each shift runs smoothly. Her kindness and encouragement uplift those around her, and she consistently greets everyone with a warm smile.
Known for her genuine care and team-oriented spirit, Debbie brings grace and compassion to her role each day. Her positive attitude and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of the FMH team and truly deserving of this recognition.
