A unique opportunity for culinary enthusiasts is coming to Albion as the Edwards County Farm Bureau basement will host a Homemade Noodle-Making Workshop on March 21st from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Presented by the University of Illinois Extension, the workshop will guide participants through the steps of making homemade noodles using just a few simple ingredients and tools. Katelyn Case, former 4-H member, will lead the demonstration, teaching attendees how to make noodles for a variety of homemade dishes.
The workshop is open to ages 8-18, but advance registration is required. Those interested in participating are encouraged to register online at go.illinois.edu/NoodleWorkshop.
