HOMEMADE NOODLE-MAKING WORKSHOP TO BE HELD MARCH 21ST IN ALBION

A unique opportunity for culinary enthusiasts is coming to Albion as the Edwards County Farm Bureau basement will host a Homemade Noodle-Making Workshop on March 21st from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Presented by the University of Illinois Extension, the workshop will guide participants through the steps of making homemade noodles using just a few simple ingredients and tools. Katelyn Case, former 4-H member, will lead the demonstration, teaching attendees how to make noodles for a variety of homemade dishes.

The workshop is open to ages 8-18, but advance registration is required. Those interested in participating are encouraged to register online at go.illinois.edu/NoodleWorkshop. Participants will also have the opportunity to take home recipes and their own batch of freshly made noodles. Spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended. The event will be held at 15 S. 5th St., Albion, IL 62806.
