The Edwards County School District is conducting a preschool round-up for children from birth to 5 years old who are not yet enrolled in public schools and will not be eligible for Kindergarten in the fall. This important screening event will help parents gain insight into their child’s developmental progress before starting school. The screening process, which takes approximately 45 minutes, will assess each child’s hearing, vision, speech, language, and coordination skills. All screenings are free of charge, and parents will receive immediate feedback on their child’s progress.
Screening appointments are required and can be scheduled as follows:

Screenings will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the First Christian Church in Albion. To set up an appointment, call 618-445-2325.
