66-year-old Michael Massey of Fairfield appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI), a Class A misdemeanor.
Massey was placed on one year of court supervision and was ordered to pay court costs. As part of his sentence, the court also ordered Massey to undergo alcohol and drug assessment counseling through an approved agency.
According to the plea agreement, a second count in the case was dismissed.
