Amanda Galbreath, 28, of Fairfield appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday on charges related to a dog running loose. Galbreath was found guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor charge having a dog running at large. A Class A Misdemeanor Charge of Cruelty to Animals and a Class B Misdemeanor Charge of Violating Owner’s Duties were both dismissed.
Galbreath was sentenced to 12 months of Conditional Discharge and was ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $1,061.00
