The Center Street School Board will hold its regular Board of Education meeting tonight (Monday) at 6pm in the school boardroom. The meeting will cover financial reports, building maintenance, curriculum updates, and a range of action items.
The agenda includes approval of minutes from previous sessions, review of financial reports such as the treasurer’s report, payroll, and monthly bills, and the Superintendent’s report, which will address the district’s revenue and expenses, food service, transportation, roof bids, summer registration plans, curriculum developments, and the parent engagement policy.
Key action items scheduled for the meeting include consideration of a roof bid for North Side School, approval of a new math curriculum agreement, and adoption of a parent engagement policy.
Principals from Center Street School and North Side School will present their reports. Board members will also have the opportunity to make requests or share updates.
A closed session is planned to discuss personnel matters, labor relations, student discipline, and other confidential topics. Following the closed session, the board is set to act on the re-employment of non-tenured certified staff members and the resignation of paraprofessionals.
