54-year-old Robert Francis Humphrey of Grayville was arrested in Evansville last Wednesday on multiple drug-related charges.
According to Vanderburgh County, Indiana jail records, Humphrey was taken into custody at 9:20 p.m. on March 11th. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
Humphrey is currently being held without bond because he was on federal parole at the time of his arrest. Federal court records show he was sentenced in 2018 to 13 years in federal prison for manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine.
His sentence was later reduced, and he had been released on parole before the Evansville arrest.
