White County officials say last Thursday afternoon, Fairfield resident, Phillip Bailey voluntarily turned himself in at the White County Sheriff’s Office in Carmi. . Bailey was wanted on an active warrant for Driving While License Revoked, which was issued after he missed his March 2nd court appearance in White County Circuit Court.
