Is letting go of clutter one of your resolutions this year? Local residents will have the opportunity to learn how to simplify their lives and manage stress at an upcoming seminar led by Extension Health and Family Educator Robin Ridgley. The sessions will explore the causes of clutter, the negative effects of stress, provide strategies for organizing the home, and introduce useful stress management tools.
Two seminars are scheduled for Monday, April 8. The first will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Wayne County Extension Office, located at 2B Frontier Dr. in Fairfield. The second session will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at Little Prairie Christian Church, 857 County Road 200 East, in Albion.
