SEVERAL GUILTY PLEAS HANDED DOWN IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT THURSDAY

Multiple defendants entered guilty pleas before Judge Matt Vaughn in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday.

Reese Irwin, 24, of Johnsonville pled guilty to criminal trespass to land and was placed on 12 months of court supervision plus court costs. As part of the plea agreement, one count in the case and an additional charge were dismissed. Irwin was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Jacob Lewis, 21, of Flora admitted to violating a previous order of probation related to an original charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was resentenced to a new two-year probation term plus court costs. One case was dismissed per the plea agreement.

Carrie White, 54, of Fairfield pled guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed on one year of court supervision plus court costs, with one count in the case dismissed as part of her plea.

Corey Gregg, 37, of Grayville pled guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Gregg received 24 months probation, was ordered to perform 30 hours of public service, and given credit for 10 days time served. He must also complete an alcohol and drug assessment if required by probation. One other case was dismissed per the plea agreement.

Colton Digman, 35, of St. Robert, Missouri pled guilty to unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to one year conditional discharge plus court costs, and received credit for three days time served. Two counts in the case were dismissed per the plea agreement.

Vicky Davis, 64, of Cisne pled guilty to a Class C misdemeanor charge of dog running at large. She was placed on one year of court supervision plus court costs, with one case dismissed as part of the agreement.
